Terms & Conditions

The terms on which Meezab Air provides Umrah packages and flight bookings. Please read them before making a booking.

Last updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Meezab Air website or making a booking with us. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Meezab Air

Meezab Air is a UK-based travel agency arranging Umrah packages and worldwide flights, registered in England and Wales. We are ATOL protected and IATA accredited. Our contact email is info@meezabair.co.uk and our telephone number is +44 203 944 9953.

2. Bookings and reservations

All bookings made through Meezab Air are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and the required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all persons included in the reservation.

3. Deposits and payments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date stated in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change prior to full payment being received.

4. Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@meezabair.co.uk. The following cancellation charges apply to package bookings:

Meezab Air strongly recommends that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellation costs.

5. Flight-only bookings

Flight-only bookings are governed by the fare rules and conditions of the operating airline, which differ from the package terms set out above. Airline fare rules determine whether a ticket can be changed or refunded, and any applicable charges.

We will confirm the applicable fare rules for your specific booking before you pay. Financial protection for flight-only bookings differs from that provided for flight-inclusive packages, and we will explain what protection applies to your booking at the time of booking.

6. Changes to bookings

If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from airlines, hotels or other service providers.

Meezab Air reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, hotels or services where necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer alternatives where available.

6.1 Airline cancellations and alternative flight costs

If an airline cancels a booked flight for any reason beyond the control of Meezab Air, we will assist in arranging an alternative flight where possible. Any fare difference, additional taxes or rebooking charges for the new flight shall be the responsibility of the client, save where the airline or applicable law provides otherwise. Meezab Air accepts no liability for additional costs resulting from airline cancellations or schedule changes beyond our control.

7. Visa and travel documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and all necessary travel documents, including a Nusuk permit for Umrah where required, for the duration of your trip. Where a visa or permit application is included in your package, Meezab Air will assist with the process but cannot be held responsible for refusals or delays by the relevant authorities.

You must ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Meezab Air accepts no liability for any costs arising from insufficient or invalid travel documents.

8. Health and medical requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to travel and to comply with any health requirements for entry into your destination country, including vaccination requirements. We recommend that you consult your GP before travel.

Any medical conditions that may affect your travel must be disclosed to us at the time of booking, so that we can advise appropriately and make suitable arrangements where possible.

9. Liability

Meezab Air acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers. Our liability to you is limited in accordance with applicable law and, where relevant, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, war, civil unrest, government action or public health emergencies. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Travel insurance

Meezab Air strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Your insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability and loss of baggage. Meezab Air accepts no responsibility for any loss or cost that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your trip, please raise it with our representative on the ground, or contact us directly, as soon as possible so that we can attempt to resolve it while you are still travelling. If the issue remains unresolved, please submit a written complaint to info@meezabair.co.uk within 28 days of your return.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

Meezab Air reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. The terms that apply to your booking are those in force at the time your booking is confirmed.
